BLAIRE HALIE SANTIAGO is twenty-one years old, strong, determined, girly, and wild. ENEMIES to Blaire are like the paparazzi. They're annoying, intrusive, and persistent. She just wants to get away. That being said, she can often get caught up in the need to voice her opinions. She is going to fight back. It's inevitable, she's too hot-headed to keep herself tamed. You don't wanna get in it with this one. And yet, time and time again, various people always do. Just don't underestimate the power of an angry Blaire.
FRIENDS of Blaire are living the high life. Partly because she's filthy rich, and partly because she honestly seeks to make other people happy, Blaire constantly showers them with gifts. This has been a problem in the past for obvious reasons. People have stayed friends with her just for the "stuff". And boy, did they get set straight. She likes to do extravagant things with her friends. She goes to the spa all the time with them.
LOVERS are far and few between for her. One night stands would get her bad press, and full-blown relationships take up time that she simply doesn't have what with running around all day smiling at cameras and such. If isn't very often that romance will bloom in her life, but it's happened before. She loves the whole thrill, anyways, and she definitely appreciates an attractive person. It takes a lot for her to see their inner beauty. Serious relationships are even more rare. In fact, she's never been in love.
