* Rickie was getting job offers even before she left college - maybe being the daughter to a world famous photographer helped her a little - but one general education credit stood in her way. Just one, and one she was failing. However, she's willing to do everything to reach the top. Anything within her power, she'll do. Luckily, the professors wife was none the wiser to what went on after class.
* Even though it was the death of her father three years ago, Rickie wants to be one of the journalists who goes overseas to record valuable news stories to send back home. She knows her mother would never allow it, loosing two loved ones in a span of five years.

* Photography: It stemmed from watching her father, a military photographer, who traveled the world taking pictures of united states soldiers risking their lives. He'd come home and share his pictures with her. A few cameras for her birthday - handmedowns from her father - and the use of photoshop goes a long way.
* Writing: She is a journalist. But her love of writing started far before she entered her career path. It was actually her pictures that inspired her to come up with stories, to go along with them. It started as fictional stories, then it turned into realistic fiction, then fictional news stories, and then coverings of actual events in New York.
* News: No, not the icky gossipy news of those actors and musicians. Ew. She likes the hardcore stuff that you can really write about: kidnappings, economic crisis', turmoil in the middle east, anything that has a real backbone to it - not these spineless trashy magazine articles.
* Starbucks: No explaination needed. Coffee, coffee, coffee. And their cake. Mmmmm. If she werent a writer, and if she had enough money, she would buy a starbucks cafe and run it herself.

*Conducting Interviews with Famous Movie People: She was instructed once to interview a live human being actor man, but after the hounding she did, and the digging, and the pressing for the truth ... Lets just say, no one gets interview by Rickie Klitzein any more, for their own good.
* Parties: Lets face it, she's just not a partier. Office parties, and a nice movie marathon at a friends house is perfectly fine. But when she cant turn around without bumping into someone, that's when she gets uncomfortable. However, get the girl drunk, and she completely doesnt mind dancing and partying - but with alcohol in the system, who doesnt like parties?
* Stains: She's a professional girl, working a full-time job that requires a clean presence to impress people. Stains just do not work with her. Luckily, as per her own personal rule, she keeps an iron pressed work outfit in the trunk of her car for emergencies.
