She grew up surrounded by pictures and stories of war and news - her father was a war corrospondant for much of her childhood. He brought home pictures of war and instilled in Rickie a love of stories. Of the news. That's why she became a journalist - to win a pulitzer and have her articles read by millions of people. However, in order to do that, she has to do whatever her editor tells her. And when you're young and pretty, but surrounded by older, less appealing writers, you're usually the one sent out to do gossip pieces and socialize with the famous scene. And despite her hate for the spotlight, Rickie will do anything to get what she wants. friends -- rickie is very mature. she doesnt like going out every night, and she doesnt like the effect partying has on people, tending to stay away from those who party too hard. however, her job tends to make her available for interview at any moment in time - so maybe she could befriend the select few ... sober ... professionals ;] she is also very into the actual news and takes whatever stories come her way so if you have an intellectual charrie or something that discovers something BIG, you know who to talk to [hehe jk] maybe some childhood friends, ones who maybe werent actors,etc their entire lives? Since rickie and them would've gone to school together? lovers -- to be honest, she's usually too caught up with work to have a stable, committed relationship. however, she's not against one night stands, or even a friends with benefit type of thing. but if you have an idea, dont be afraid to share :] enemies -- maybe another journalist who's her rival? or a star whose career was ruined by rickie's digging? there are quite a few possibilities in this catagory. template made by missickle |
